那么EMBA是什么呢？在MBA前面加上了Exacutive, Executive Master Of Business Administration，直接翻译为高层管理人员工商管理硕士，或者我们叫做“在职MBA”。这个项目主要为身在职场，且因工作原因无法脱产上课的管理层打造的。EMBA最早发源于芝加哥大学，也就是著名的Booth 商学院。
