工作职责:

1、解答客户关于厚仁教育服务的相关问题;

2、将厚仁教育的价值观、产品、服务传递给客户;

3、与学生沟通,了解学生背景,从心理层面了解学生最真实的想法和需求;

4、为学生量身设计切实可行的服务方案;

5、协调学生和后续服务团队,推进服务进程,高效完成任务。

Description

WholeRen Education is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing/consulting team. Our marketing department produces quality work for international student in the U.S. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities

Provide professional advices to clients
Assist with generation and preparation of marketing and consulting materials
Assist with generation of quarterly case studies
Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
Enter contact information into contact management systems
Provide support to social media efforts

Requirements

Company is looking for undergraduate and graduate students in the Los Angeles area. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. Students who have experience/knowledge on transferring from colleges to universities, and students who are majoring in Business or Education are preferred, and will be considered when choosing the best applicants for this internship position. Sales experience is a plus.

Must be fluent in both English and Chinese. (Mandarin or Cantonese)
